Q&A with Ricky

Why do you believe mindset study and mentorship is essential?

I believe mindset study and mentorship are essential because success isn’t just about strategy, it’s about how you think and who you learn from. Mindset study helps you identify and break the limiting beliefs, fears, and patterns that hold most people back. Without that, even the best strategy won’t be executed consistently. Mentorship, on the other hand, gives you a proven path and guidance from someone who’s already achieved what you want. It removes guesswork, shortens the learning curve, and keeps you accountable. Together, they create both internal growth and external results. At the end of the day, mindset determines how far you go and mentorship determines how fast you get there.

How has mindset study impacted your life?

Mindset study has fundamentally changed how I approach challenges, decisions, and growth.

At one point, I (like most people) operated a lot on autopilot, reacting to situations, second-guessing myself, and sometimes holding back because of fear or overthinking. Studying mindset helped me become aware of those internal patterns. Instead of being controlled by them, I learned how to pause, reframe, and respond with intention.

One of the biggest impacts has been in how I view obstacles. What used to feel like setbacks or signs to stop, I now see as feedback and part of the process. That shift alone builds resilience, you stop taking things personally and start using everything as a tool for growth.

It’s also changed my relationship with discomfort. Before, discomfort felt like something to avoid. Now, I recognize it as a signal that I’m expanding. Whether it’s stepping into a new opportunity, having a difficult conversation, or pushing past old limits, mindset work helped me lean into those moments instead of retreating from them.

Another major shift is in self-belief. Instead of waiting to feel “ready,” I’ve learned to take action and build confidence through doing. That’s been huge in areas like leadership, communication, and performance, because it removes the need for perfection and replaces it with progress.

And finally, it’s made me more intentional about my environment, who I learn from, who I surround myself with, and the standards I hold. That awareness has elevated not just my results, but the way I show up daily.

Why should someone take the leap, invest in themself and join our mentorship?

The truth is, most people don’t need more information, they need direction, accountability, and the right environment.

That’s what Conway Mentorship provides. When someone invests in themselves and joins, they’re not just buying into a program they’re stepping into a proven path with guidance from people who’ve already achieved what they want. That alone collapses years of trial and error. More importantly, it helps them break through the internal barriers that have been holding them back self-doubt, inconsistency, fear and replaces that with clarity, confidence, and execution.

And the biggest shift is identity. They don’t just get better results they become someone who operates at a higher level in every area of life.

At the end of the day, the real risk isn’t investing in yourself it’s staying the same
