Mindset Coach

Hunter’s work as a Mindset Coach is rooted in a deep understanding that life is created from within. As a former multi-sport athlete, she often heard that “sports are 80% mental,” yet most of the focus was placed on physical performance. Over time, she began to question why so much energy was spent on external effort when the true driver of results was internal. That realization shaped her belief that every area of life - not just athletics - is governed by mindset, awareness, and the spiritual laws directing our thoughts.

Her professional background began as a Speech-Language Pathologist, where she worked with children ranging from four to twenty years old, supporting those with communication and language challenges. This experience strengthened her empathy, patience, and ability to meet individuals where they are - skills she now brings into her coaching. Alongside her husband, she also co-founded and operates a short-term rental design and management company, stepping fully into entrepreneurship after deciding to invest deeply in her own growth.

Before joining Team Conway, Hunter spent over a year and a half as a client of Conway Mentorship, experiencing firsthand the power of intentional study and mentorship. In a short period of time, she transitioned from a traditional career path to owning her time as an entrepreneur, while strengthening her relationships and cultivating a profound sense of peace and fulfillment. She realized that investing in herself was not selfish, but the most powerful way to elevate every area of her life and serve others at a higher level.

Today, Hunter serves as a Mindset Coach at Conway Mentorship, passionate about helping others experience growth in all areas of life with clarity, purpose, and peace of mind. She believes transformative mindset work is accelerated through aligned mentorship and community, and she is committed to guiding those who are ready to step into their next level. Living in Southeastern Wisconsin with her husband and their two dogs, Benji and Tucker, she enjoys time in nature, being on the water, and exploring golf courses across the country.

Q&A with Hunter

Why do you believe mindset study and mentorship is essential?

I was an athlete growing up playing in multiple sports, and I always heard them say "sports are 80% mental". Now that those days are behind me, I find it very interesting that if such a large part of sports are mental, why were we spending all of our time working on the physical aspect such as running drills? I have also since realized that this relates to every aspect in life, it truly is all mental and your life is a result of what's within. It seems that most equate 'mindset' work to being able to identify when you have a positive or negative mental attitude, but the missing pieces are the spiritual aspect and realizing that your thoughts are literally producing everything, not just how you're feeling. Studying those that have gone before us, such as Napoleon Hill, Earl Nightingale, Thomas Troward, and Bob Proctor, is essential to capitalize on everything we can for our lives.

Why mentorship? I've often heard Dave mention transformative mindset work can't be done alone, and I wholeheartedly believe that. Find a mentor who not only embodies a lifestyle you would like for yourself, but also lives by the same material they are teaching. Sure, you can achieve your desired life on your own, but if you want to speed up that process, find a mentor who's done it before you and is willing to share those ideas to make them your own. That type of mentorship is priceless.

How has mindset study impacted your life?

Before becoming a coach, I had the fortunate opportunity of being a client of Conway Mentorship for a year and a half, and I feel that has given me an interesting perspective to help others also experience life changing mindset work. My life has changed so drastically in just a year. I have gone from your typical W2 worker to now owning my own time and loving every minute of my entrepreneur life. Not only has mindset study with Conway mentorship changed my life with my work, but every other area of my life is better because of it, especially my relationships with my spouse, family and friends. I quickly realized that putting myself first to become a better version of myself was the least selfish thing I could do. A better version of me is a better version to serve everyone I love and everyone I am fortunate to come in contact with. I now am so grateful to have the opportunity to work alongside Conway Mentorship to help others have this realization too. Life has never felt so fulfilling and I want everyone to have this feeling.

Most importantly, I've experienced all of this growth with peace of mind.

Why should someone take the leap, invest in themself and join our mentorship?

As previously stated, one of my old beliefs, in which I feel many others feel the same way, is that investing time and money into myself was selfish when I should be putting it into others. I quickly realized investing time and money into myself was the least selfish thing I could do because that gave me the opportunity to see where and how I could become a better version of myself. And, a better version of myself can serve others at a much higher capacity. Another reason why others should join this mentorship is because Dave has an amazing ability to take a part of life that seems so complicated and explain it in a way that makes it feel so much more attainable and is easier to understand. This mentorship also provides you with the opportunity to be surrounded by like minded individuals who are striving for massive growth themselves. You will quickly realize surrounding yourself with individuals that are in this mentorship is priceless and contagious. The proof is in the pudding, and the success that countless clients are achieving is undeniable.

If you want to experience tremendous growth in all areas of your life with peace of mind all while being provided with an opportunity to identify your purpose, then this is the mentorship for you.
