1. Goal Setting
We invite you to set what we call a 30-Day Year or multiplication goal, one you feel emotionally connected to and are willing to trade your current reality for. This is about dreaming big: your ideal income, lifestyle, profession… Nothing is off limits.

2. Self-Image Scripting
To achieve your goal, you have to imprint your new self-image on your subconscious mind. By creating a detailed description of the person you want to become, you deepen your connection to that person.

Visualization, autosuggestion, and written or mental affirmations are all powerful techniques to transform your self-image. As you learn about the relationship between the conscious and subconscious minds, you’ll begin to see your external world shift to reflect an internal evolution.

Knowledge is power. By committing to 20 minutes of daily study and contemplation and 10 minutes of visualization, along with continuous curiosity and openness to change, you will uncover the “why” behind your personal growth and progress.
