Mindset Coach (2 positions)

Role Overview:

We’re seeking 2 Mindset Coaches to join our team at Conway Mentorship. This is a dual-role position, combining high-level coaching with sales and client relationship management. You will work directly with prospective and existing clients to help them achieve their personal and business goals, while driving your own income through commission-based sales. Responsibilities:

Coaching & Client Success

  • Provide personalized coaching support to clients using the Conway Coaching System

  • Support clients’ goal achievement, personal growth, and mindset shifts

  • Reviewing client goal and self-image script submissions for feedback and guidance 

  • Provide 1-on-1 laser coaching sessions with clients 

  • Re-enroll existing clients to maximize their success and earning potential

  • Attend and actively engage with clients at live seminars and workshops

Sales & Business Development

  • Self-generate leads and expand your network of prospective clients

  • Perform sales calls under the guidance of our Founder, Dave Conway

  • Follow up with prospective clients via text, email, phone, and social media (both cold and warm leads)

  • Submit weekly reports tracking reach-outs, sales calls, and closed sales

Brand & Community Engagement

  • Comment, post, and share Conway Mentorship social media content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

  • Professionally engage with clients and leads online

  • Represent the Conway Mentorship brand authentically, professionally, and with service-oriented energy 

Team Collaboration & Growth

  • Attend daily and weekly internal sales meetings and training sessions

  • Actively participate in team culture, sharing insights, successes, and challenges

  • Be coachable, taking feedback and integrating it into your growth

How We Work

This is a fully remote, commission-based role for candidates located in Canada or the United States. You will work autonomously while participating in structured training, weekly internal sales meetings, daily check-ins, and team coaching sessions. 

As a representative of Conway Mentorship, you are expected to maintain professionalism in all communications and online, while actively participating in company-wide marketing initiatives and attending live events.

Qualifications & Attitude

  • 3-5 years experience in sales, coaching, or client-facing roles (mindset, business, or personal development preferred)

  • Self-motivated, internally driven, and results-oriented

  • Exceptional communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills

  • Comfortable with social media engagement and outreach

  • Coachable, disciplined, and committed to personal and professional growth

  • Thrives in high-performance, high-accountability environments

  • Passion for helping others grow and transform

  • Experience working with a sophisticated CRM system an asset (Hubspot preferred)

Compensation 

This is a commission-only role, with Mindset Coaches earning 14% to 18% on all high-ticket sales based on results. There is no base salary. Coaches are engaged as independent contractors and are responsible for their own travel expenses to attend Conway Mentorship events. This structure offers uncapped earning potential, allowing motivated individuals to earn significant income while growing their coaching career.
